How do I book a service?
Download the Engz app, create an account, select your desired service, choose a time and location, and confirm your booking. It's that simple!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Can I track my service provider?
Yes! Our app features real-time GPS tracking so you can see exactly when your service provider will arrive.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule your booking through the app up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without any charges. If canceled after the team has been dispatched or upon arrival, cancellation fees will apply.
Are your service providers verified?
Absolutely! All our service providers undergo thorough background checks and training to ensure quality service.
What areas does Engz cover?
Engz fully covers New Cairo, in addition to Al Rehab, Madinaty, El Shorouk, Maadi, and El Sheikh Zayed City. We are continuously expanding our coverage areas.
What kind of products does ENGZ use?
ENGZ uses high-quality, professional-grade products, including Sonax Germany, along with other trusted detailing resources when required. All products are selected to be safe for paint, interior surfaces, and long-term car protection.
Why does ENGZ use premium products instead of regular chemicals?
Low-quality chemicals can damage paint, interior materials, and finishes over time. ENGZ uses professional products to protect your car's surfaces, deliver longer-lasting results, and avoid scratches, fading, and chemical damage.
Do I need to provide water, electricity, or cleaning supplies?
No. ENGZ service vehicles are fully equipped with all tools, machines, and products needed for the service.
Where does the car wash take place?
The service is performed at your location — home, office, or any selected address.
Is the service safe for new or luxury cars?
Yes. Our methods and products are safe for new, luxury, and high-end vehicles.
What do I need to do before the service starts?
Nothing. You simply hand over the car key — we handle the rest and return the car clean and ready.
What types of cars are available for rent?
ENGZ offers a selection of vehicles to suit different needs, including economy, sedan, and premium options. In addition, ENGZ provides a custom request option, allowing you to request a specific car model. Simply submit your request through the app.
Can I rent a car for a short or long period?
Yes. Rentals are available on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, subject to availability.
Is car delivery included?
Yes. Rental cars can be delivered directly to your location.
What documents are required to rent a car?
A valid driving license and ID (or passport) are required. Additional requirements may apply.
Is insurance included in the rental?
Insurance is optional. Before you confirm, you will see the daily price with and without insurance. If you skip insurance, you must sign a promissory note for the full value of the car.
What if the driver cancels?
If your assigned driver cancels, we automatically find the next nearest available winch and notify you. You are never left stranded.
How is the distance fee calculated?
The distance fee is based on the actual kilometers traveled from pickup to drop-off, using transparent per-KM rates shown in the app before you book.
Can I request a flatbed for a luxury car?
Yes. You can choose the Luxury Flatbed option when booking. Flatbeds provide safer transport for high-end or low-clearance vehicles.
How long does a full wrap take?
A full vehicle wrap typically takes 3–7 days depending on the package, finish, and vehicle size. Partial wraps are faster. You will get an estimated timeline when booking.
Why is there a 50% upfront deposit?
The 50% deposit reserves your slot and materials. It is held in Engz Wallet escrow and released to the workshop only after you approve the final result.
